By downloading, installing, or using Mission Planner for DJI Drones ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App provides tools for planning drone waypoint missions and managing KMZ files for use with DJI drones. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to DJI in any way.
The App offers optional paid subscriptions to unlock premium features:
Both plans include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Free users can plan and preview missions. Exporting KMZ files and Wi-Fi Transfer require an active Pro subscription.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that mission files will be compatible with all DJI drone models or firmware versions. Always verify mission parameters before flight.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to drone damage, property damage, or personal injury.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
